Ben provided excellent service. Nice to work with an honest tech who took extra time to answer all of our questions. We feel very confident in this company and their ability in helping resolve our Carrier air conditioning issues. Extra star for quick response in the hottest month of the year! Thank you!Posted on Google![]()

Certified and trained Carrier HVAC technicians. It matters! Robert is professional, educational and effective in addressing issues caused by uncertified HVAC service contractors. I have been very pleased with their services.Posted on Google![]()

Had water, condensate dripping from ceiling. P&M cleared drain pipes & added chlorine tablets. Found condenser 50% plugged and secondary pan with rusted ohole, which allows leak. David did fast & clean job. Thanks Dell K+0Posted on Google![]()

We were pleased with the knowledge and service Rudy provided in repairing our AC unit. Monica was also very helpful in getting someone to come ASAP the day we called. She also advised us over the phone there was a $125 diagnostic fee which was not credited when we had them proceed with the repair. We have found the credit of this fee to be the norm in other experiences and appears to still be the norm from my online research. We didn’t think to ask at the time nor was that made clear. Their website does NOT mention the diagnostics fee but does state “free estimates”?? This disconnect could easily be corrected with an update to their website that states “non refundable $125 diagnostic fee”. They may also want to explain what “free estimates” actually means. The invoice emailed at our request after the work was done and paid for detailed the $125 diagnostic fee but no detail on the specifics of the part or the cost or what the labor cost was. Due to all these issues, and as a matter of principle, it’s unlikely we’d choose P & M again.Posted on Google![]()

Way back in 2013, the management of our organization had P& M install our HVAC system, two commercial units. Through the years, their prices have gone through the roof, but we stayed on because we felt it was prudent to "dance with the guy that brung ya". NO MORE. Yesterday, they charged us $195 for a $20 float sensor PLUS a really high service charge fee. To replace one $20 float sensor, the bill was $373.46. When I called to speak with the service manager, he was belligerent from the get-go. He told me that if I feel the need to go elsewhere, go ahead. So I will. If I could give them less than one star, I would-- but actually, one star is okay because I LOVED the service tech we had. We finally had found the one who was trustworthy and did a superb job. My problem was not with him; it is now with the attitude of his superiors. If you have money to burn, and particularly love being talked down to by the management, this is definitely the company for you.Posted on Yelp![]()

I had used P&M for over 15 years, and until this month was pleased with service and pricing. That has changed. I called them to update a quotation they had issued to me earlier in 2021, for a 2 ton Carrier unit, planning to proceed with the replacement. After 5 days wait and a reminder call, I received an updated quotation that I was told on the phone had 'changed a little bit' from earlier pricing. I pulled up the quote, and the price had increased 43%. I checked with a couple of competitors, and ultimately purchased the same unit at a lower price than their original quotation. Sad to say, but changing my provider for AC/Heat after a long run.Posted on Yelp![]()

My five and half year old Lennox evaporator coil needed replacing. I obtained two bids, one being from P & M. P & M was just five dollars more than the competitor's bid; however, P & M's bid was for a Trane (which is an upgrade from the Lennox) evaporator coil. The bid also included the replacement of plenum, reconnect existing duck work, refrigerant piping and refrigerant, replace drain and float switch. The coil has a 10-years parts warranty and a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Additionally, P & M provided me (at no charge) a one year system inspection (spring and fall). Total price $3,005 (included a 7% cash discount). On installation day the 3 man crew showed up on time (actually a little early) and walked in door with drop cloths and booties to cover their shoes. During the installation a screw driver accidently fell from attic stairway and nicked the wall. The on-site supervisor immediately informed me. Before the crew finished the installation, P & M already had a painter at my home to repair the small nick in the wall. (all of this was done without me asking for this to be done....excellent service on P & M's part) I am 100% pleased with P & M. The on-site supervisor (Armando) was very courteous and kept me updated. This was my first time to use P & M but will certainly use them in the future and I highly recommend them to others.Posted on Yelp![]()

I have used this company in the past and always had good customer service. However, that has changed. I live in a condominium, and this is one of the vendors our HOA uses. That being said, P & M went back and told our property manager about the work we needed in our unit even though I paid P & M to do an estimate. If this was in the medical world it would be the equivalent of a violation of doctor client privilege. I did not appreciate that I paid P & M and they went behind my back and reported to the property manager and HOA. Thankfully, P & M did not do the work due to scheduling errors on their part, which they tried to blame on me. I'm glad they didn't get my money! I'll never use them again. I won't recommend them to anyone.Posted on Yelp![]()

Service was excellent, we always asked for Rudy and based on many years of service calls decided to use them on a multi split install. The multi split was discussed with one of the owners and some things that we wanted and things we didn't, like all lines installed in the wall. The installer did not do that and instead drilled holes through the ceiling, which we had to patch later. The job took 4 days to complete the install plus two additional service calls to fix the leaking condenser line on the same unit. This was supposed to be 1.5 day install. I took time off work to watch the install and the installer was taking many shortcuts and quality of work was terrible. I discussed with him and one of the owners that I was unhappy with his employees quality of work and the timeline. The installer told me that he gets bored working on multiple day installs. Owner decided that I was rude to his employee and that his employee was working correctly. We had two more units to replace and P&M will not be getting that business.Posted on Yelp![]()

I have used this company for several years with no real issues. Over the years they installed a new HVAC system and completed seasonal check-ups every year. This past year they began calling me far in advance for either the the summer or winter tune-up. I was receiving reminder calls for the summer tune-up as early as late February. Twice I received two calls in one day. I asked them to put a notation in my account to not call me with reminders as I would call in when ready. Well, that only lasted less than one month before the calls started again. I had been wanting to change companies so as to get a fresh look at my system especially since P&M told me that my drain pan was nearly rusted out. I did change companies and found out that my pan was not rusting. I now have a new HVAC company that is honest and respectful of my wishes not to call for seasonal tune-ups. My request to speak with the owner or service manager at P&M were ignored and when I told them I was switching companies after over 25 years they just said okay and that was it. The message they sent was one of not caring about loyal customers.Posted on Yelp![]()

Summary: Two scheduling issues caused a two day delay plus loss of time at work. Company has good A/C techs, but also has bad scheduling. I do not recommend this company. If you do, ask for the A/C tech named Jesus. Called on a Thursday at noon and a bad scheduler caused my appointment to be overlooked. Called again Thursday evening and someone was sent out to me. Service was diagnosed as a damper problem. Called again Friday morning and a bad scheduler again caused my appointment to be overlooked. Called back Friday after waiting two hours. Someone was sent, but could not fix the issue since A/C was now frozen. I was told someone would need to come over the weekend on overtime. Saturday, freon was added and corrected the A/C.Posted on Yelp![]()

Our P & M technician, Gilberto, just left our home. Another thorough and honest service trip. We have an annual contract with them as they service our units in the spring and fall. We have a very old pier and beam home. Before A/C was even used. They have worked with us over all the years to help us figure out ways to A/C parts of our house that were problematic. My Dad has used this company for over 40 yrs. We began using them from his recommendation. We have used them for 25 years. I see their trucks all over town, even in pricey neighborhoods. I learned to request the same technician for each visit. He knows our home and knows how things looked last time. Who wants their A/C to fail in Houston weather? He has given us a heads up that this unit might last another yr. or or two. The unit did last 2 yrs Overall, we have had a long history with them and feel like they are honest. We have spoken with the owners at times to problem solve the best way to resolve hot spots in our home.Posted on Yelp![]()

What an incredible family owned company. For years we had a chronic AC leak on the upstairs unit and used many small and large companies trying to find out what the problem was and how to fix it once and for all. I contacted Rebecca Maddux (who's a Rotarian which speaks volumes right there), she put me on the emergency list and they were able to come by that same day. Once they arrived they found a few minor problems including some things that were supposedly fixed already. Within a day all was great and luckily we haven't had a problem since. We are on there fantastic annual plan that comes out twice Year for check up and maintenance and have been over joyed for the last 5 years.. Best referral I ever received... Thank you P&M for your professionalism and amazing customer service for the last 5 years..Posted on Yelp![]()

Avoid these scam artist! A year ago I got a free ac tune up when I renewed my electricity contract and p&m was sent out to help. The guy came spent some time I the attic, gave me some freyon and said my blower motor bearings were giving out(i never had a problem before) but did I would keep it in mind that I would need to get fixed. In the months following his visit my a.c.started shaking and getting louder and louder so I called a friend of mine who does AC work to come look at it. He finds an empty bottle of water jammed in with the blower motor. It's been hitting the fan for a year and now my blower motor has damage and will need to be replaced soon because these dirt bags we're trying to get a little business.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
